1、 Materials
1. LED unit board module
In order to compete at a low price, some LED unit board module manufacturers use low-cost flame-retardant paperboard or single-sided fiberboard as the PCB circuit board of LED lamp beads. Because the whole fiberglass PCB board is very expensive. At the beginning, there was no difference. Generally, the whole LED unit board was destroyed and oxidized by moisture and ultraviolet light in less than a year. High quality LED unit board needs to use double-sided all glass PCB board. Of course, the cost is high, but the quality is guaranteed.
2. IC equipment
Please confirm whether the brands of IC devices used are different. The quality of LED unit board may be affected by which kind of IC and how many IC are used. In order to save costs, some LED display consumer enterprises try to reduce the number of IC or mix other brands of IC in the case of consumer unit version.
3. Lamp beads and chips:
You can’t tell good from bad with the naked eye. We can only rely on long-term testing, which is what experts call aging testing. The typical LED display manufacturer’s method is to start up in the factory and confirm whether the LED display works normally. Without long-term aging test. Because there is time and manpower.
2、 Welding quality
Check the sticker for component leakage, sticker error, component pin burr and short circuit. Ensure that the straight plug-in is brazed, the round plate surface is clean and there is no virtual welding. Check whether the insertion flatness of the light-emitting grating is inconsistent with the ink color.
3、 Power on test
Power on test (stop according to the performance test report):
Difference of electroluminescent grating;
Whether the electric test can effectively maintain the line drive pipe.
Power test signal transmission ability.
