Documents required for outdoor LED display advertising placement:
1、 Basic Requirements for Applying for Outdoor Advertising Registration
◆ Obtain business qualifications in accordance with the application in accordance with the law and own the corresponding ownership of outdoor advertising media.
Outdoor advertising media are generally not allowed to publish various non advertising information, and those with special needs should comply with relevant national regulations.
The location and form of advertising placement are within the scope permitted by national laws and comply with the requirements of the local government and advertising management department’s outdoor advertising placement plan.
2、 The supporting documents required for applying for the Outdoor Advertising Registration Certificate
◆ One copy of business license
◆ One copy of advertising contract (original)
◆ A copy of the advertising business license
◆ One copy of the “Outdoor Advertising Registration Application Form” must be filled out
One original copy of the agreement for the use of the advertising venue
According to laws and regulations, approval from relevant government departments is required, and approval documents issued by the relevant departments should be submitted
3、 Essential documents for setting up outdoor billboards
◆ Rental agreement for advertising location
◆ Location map of advertising space
◆ Safety certificate and electricity usage certificate
◆ Structural fabrication drawings
◆ Pre set photos and post set renderings
The approval report of urban management shall be submitted to the urban management department for approval
4、 Registration procedures and related requirements
The application for outdoor advertising registration should be submitted 30 days before the advertisement is published.
Submit an application to the local industrial and commercial office for publication, and after the supporting documents are complete, accept registration and pay the registration fee according to regulations.
Outdoor advertisements that have been reviewed and approved must be published according to the registered location, form, specifications, time, and other content.
No unauthorized changes are allowed.
The registration approval number should be published simultaneously with the advertisement content.
If an outdoor advertisement is not published within three months after registration, an application for cancellation of registration should be made to the original registration authority.
