1. If the area of the display screen is less than 25 square meters, the air conditioner can not be used. If the economic conditions permit, two fans with a diameter of about 450mm can be used, depending on the size of the installation space.
2. If the area is more than 25 square meters of display screen is divided into the following three cases.
1) If the installation position of the display screen is close to the wall and can protrude one meter from the wall, it is recommended to select fans according to the size of the area. The installation position of fans is arranged above the side of the screen in turn. If you buy a 70 square P10 outdoor full-color LED display screen, it means that the fan you want to buy must be five axial-flow fans with a diameter of about 500mm. The fan is the kind that exhausts air from the outside. When installing the fan, make sure that there is a net inside, so as to prevent the technicians from absorbing clothes or other things when repairing the display screen and causing unpredictable damage . In order to be waterproof, aluminum alloy shutters should be installed at the air outlet of the fan on the outer aluminum plastic plate.
2) If the display screen is installed with a single column, it is best to use a fan to dissipate heat. The fan is installed on the back of the large screen, and the aluminum plastic plate is on the top, so that the rain does not enter the display screen when it rains. If it is a dual column display screen, several shutters can be opened in the middle of the dual column. This window is the air inlet, and the fan above is the exhaust port, which forms a complete air convection and makes the heat dissipation effect better.
3) If the air conditioner must be installed, then the purchase cost and use cost will increase, and the installation space and beauty of the external unit of the air conditioner must be considered, and the heat dissipation effect will be worse than that of the fan.
